Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency and drive continuous improvement across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations and manage the Ferfa Support Team.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with association policies, procedures, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Streamline operations and improve communication.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Create and co-ordinate social media campaigns and member news updates
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:
As an Administrator at Ferfa, The Resin Flooring Association, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and organising daily operations and procedures
• Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
• Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
• Liaising with members and general enquiries
• Co-ordinating Training Programmes
• Issue invoices and statements
• Maintaining and updating Ferfa databases and records
• Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
• Proficiency in IT systems, MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook), ACT CRM, XERO Accounting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma; additional qualifications or experience as an Office Administrator
