Leading floorcoverings distributor Headlam Group has announced the launch of its brand-new fully transactional mobile trade app, myheadlam.
The first of its kind in the industry, the app’s launch follows many months of in-house development and customer testing.
The myheadlam app allows customers to trade with all their Headlam accounts ‘on the go’, in a quick, easy and convenient way, offering a seamless customer experience.
Using the new app, customers are able to:
• Search for all products, with Headlam offering the broadest range of products.
• Check real-time availability and prices.
• Place orders quickly.
• Review order history.
• Track live orders.
• Access all accounts held with Headlam businesses.
The myheadlam app features a Room Visualiser, an innovative tool to showcase products in room settings.
The app is available for iOS and Android, mobile and tablet, and customers are able to personalise settings to suit their preferences.
