Phil Reed has been appointed by PRO-TEK as UK Commercial Business Development Manager. Phil’s appointment follows PRO-TEK’s continued success and expansion within the commercial market. In his new role, Phil will focus on PRO-TEK’s WPC engineered vinyl flooring, which was officially launched in the UK at The Flooring Show, Harrogate, last September.
Having worked with Travis Perkins and British Gypsum for nearly 30 years, Phil brings considerable construction industry experience to the team. He has headed up sales teams and also been involved with construction site training and specification. During his time with Travis Perkins, Phil was named Sales Person of the Year twice and was also part of the winning region of the year whilst at British Gypsum.
Phil is looking forward to presenting PRO-TEK to the commercial industry and commented. He said: “I believe that we have a truly innovative product with the potential to change the face of the flooring world. Our PRO-TEK WPC engineered vinyl flooring is one of the most exciting products I’ve had the privilege to be involved with.”
In his spare time, Phil has completed the London Marathon twice, in aid of children’s charities LOOK-UK and Bliss. He also enjoys golf and following rugby.
